Online Orders
Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Internet order payments can be made with Visa and MasterCard.
Minimum order
- US $100
The online order form automatically calculates shipping fees (depending on the country the ordered items will be delivered) and taxes (if applicable). As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation summary with the purchase details.
Certificate
- Phytosanitary Certificate US$20 (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand)
- Cites Certificate US$20 (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand)
Shipping Method + Rates
We ship items worldwide via EMS International Service. Average shipping time is 2 - 6 working days. Shipping charges are automatically calculated by our EMS document rate and EMS package rate .
Secure Transactions
At our Shopping!, protecting your information is a priority. Your payment will be processed through the Bank of Asia (BOA) via Thaiepay payment qateway. The Bank's SSL system encrypts your credit card number, name and address, so only the Bank is able to decode your information
To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is secure. Most browsers offer additional security alerts, as well.

Fax Ordering
You can additionally order through fax. Fill out the online order form; instead of submitting it online, just print it and fax it to our sales offices at +662-4613204
Customs
Orders are shipped from our custom in Thailand. Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.
Billing
Prices shown on our site are in USD. Your credit card will be charged in USD. The amount shown on your credit card statement will therefore be expressed in USD.
Tracking
You can track your shipment from the shipper site (EMS website: http://ems.thailandpost.co.th/index.php ). You will be prompted for the shipment tracking number. You can find this number at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail message sent to you at the time of shipment.
